Ordering

NEW ORDERS.

1. Placing your order is simple! You can DOWNLOAD OUR ORDER FORM HERE and return by email, OR COMPLETE YOUR ORDER ONLINE HERE.

2. Once your order has been received and processed by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email and separate electronic invoice (these may filter to your junk folder!). Works will then commence immediately once a 50% deposit is paid. The balance owing is payable prior to your order being released and lodged for delivery.

3. Our designer will create one mock-up of your proposed design for approval prior to commencement of print. Minor refinements can be made until you’re satisfied with final look

4. Your order will be ready and shipped from Brisbane within 4 weeks! Australia Post tracking is emailed for all orders.

RE-ORDERS.

1. Re-ordering is easy as we maintain a detailed database of all orders. Just contact us advising what you need, providing the design or previous order reference details. No minimums apply to re-orders, you’re welcome to re-order what you want – when you need it.

2. We’ll send you an electronic invoice, then commence production once a 50% deposit has been paid. The balance must be paid prior to dispatch.

3. Sit back and relax, your re-order will be shipped from Brisbane within 4 weeks!
