Ordering

NEW ORDERS.

1. Placing your order is simple! You can download our order form here and return by email, or you may complete your order online here.

2. Once your order is processed, we’ll email you an invoice. Works will then commence once a 50% deposit is paid by EFT or credit card. Balance is payable prior to your order being released and lodged for delivery.

3. If required, our designer will create one mock-up of your proposed design for approval. Minor refinements can then be made until you’re satisfied with final look

4. Your order will be ready and shipped from Brisbane within 3-4 weeks! Australia Post tracking is emailed for all orders.

RE-ORDERS.

1. Re-ordering is easy as we maintain a detailed database. Just contact us advising what you need, providing the design or previous order reference details. No minimums apply to re-orders, you’re welcome to re-order what you want – when you need it.

2. We’ll invoice you, then commence production once a 50% deposit has been paid by EFT or credit card. The balance must be paid prior to dispatch.

3. Sit back and relax, your re-order will be shipped within 3-4 weeks!
