Can I re-order extra uniforms at a later date?
Yes. DUNK maintains a detailed database of all previous orders, allowing you to order extras if and when you need them. No minimums apply to any re-order.

What are your payment terms?
Production of your order will not commence until a minimum 50% deposit is paid. The remainder is payable prior to dispatch. Your order will not be sent out until your account has been paid in full and cleared. As we promptly process all orders to production, deposits are non-refundable once a 24 hour period has elapsed.
How can I pay?
Orders are payable by EFT, PayPal or credit card.
What is your turnaround time?
Once your deposit has been cleared, you will generally receive your order within 3-4 weeks. If you require your order by a particular date, DUNK can advise if this is achievable upon enquiry. To maintain our quick turnaround times, your order will be processed immediately to production once your order details are confirmed and deposit paid – as such we cannot accept any alterations to orders after this time.
Can I pay extra to receive my order more quickly?
No, but if you choose to order from an existing design we have on file, we may be able to have your order ready within a slightly shorter turnaround.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery of a standard team order (6-10 uniforms) to anywhere in Australia costs $40. This fee is only $10 to delivery points within South East QLD. Delivery costs for smaller quantities are commonly much cheaper and we are able to quote these charges accurately on enquiry. Express delivery services are available at an additional surcharge.
Who do you ship with?
DUNK ships via standard registered service with Australia Post. Goods will be delivered on business days only. Once your order has been lodged for delivery you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking reference. For your peace of mind all deliveries are fully insured in the unlikely event of non-delivery or damage during transit.
Does DUNK ship internationally?
No. DUNK delivers throughout Australia only.
Can I collect my order once it’s ready?
No, this service is unfortunately not available.
Can you send me sizing samples?
Yes. Deposit and postage costs apply.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes. Click here for our stitched uniform sizing chart, or here for our sublimated uniform sizing chart. All DUNK apparel is of standard sizing – what size you normally wear outside of sport should typically be similar when ordering with DUNK. We make uniforms to suit all junior and senior players, both male and female.
Can I mix and match sizes when ordering?
Yes. When ordering full uniforms, the jersey and shorts for a particular player do not need to be of matching size.
What colours do you have available?
DUNK has a wide range of primary and variant colours readily available for stitched orders. For sublimated orders, over 500 colours are available, the choices are endless.
Are you able to match exact colour shades?
DUNK can match colour shades for sublimated orders. We also stock a large range of colours for stitched orders, but may not be able to 100% match your preferred colour shade using this production method.
What playing numbers can I choose from?
You are able to select any numbers you want, and current FIBA regulations state that players shall use numbers 0 and 00 and from 1 to 99. Be aware however that some competitions throughout Australia may only allow a limited range of these numbers of these numbers for use. If you’re uncertain of what’s allowed, be sure to check with your competition prior to ordering.
What’s the maximum number of characters I can use as a player name on jerseys?
Eleven characters (including spaces) is the maximum that can be used for personalised names on stitched orders. There is a fifteen character limit for sublimated orders. Only alphanumeric characters are acceptable.

Is there a guarantee available?
DUNK offers a three-month quality guarantee on all orders, with exchange or credit offered for manufacturer defects only. No refunds or exchanges are available for orders in regards to sizing issues or otherwise.
Are there any specific care instructions for your apparel?
All DUNK apparel can be put through both hot or cold washes. Use drip dry for best results.
