What is your pricing?
Our general pricing is $50 jersey | $90 jersey + shorts | $75 reversible jersey. This pricing includes regular team design, team name, numbering, player names and GST. If you’d like an honest and transparent quote we’re happy to oblige, just contact us.
What are your delivery costs?
We offer free standard delivery throughout Australia for all orders valued over $495. For orders of lesser value, delivery typically costs between $10-27 dependent on quantity. Express service is available at a small surcharge (+$50) and recommended if you’d like your order in hand ASAP.
What sizing do you have?
Our sizing starts at Junior 4 and goes up to Adult 10XL. We make jerseys and shorts to suit junior and senior players, both male and female. Click here for our uniform sizing chart. All DUNK apparel is of standard Australian sizing – we generally recommend players select the size they’d typically wear outside of sport.
What is your turnaround time?
Once your order has been setup, 50% deposit paid and artwork approved, it will be made and dispatched from Brisbane within 4 weeks. If you require your order by a particular date, DUNK can advise if this is achievable upon enquiry. To maintain our quick turnaround times, your order will be pushed immediately to production once all details are confirmed and deposit paid – as such we cannot accept any alterations to orders once a 24 hour period has elapsed.
Can I pay extra to receive my order more quickly?
Yes! You may choose to pay a small surcharge (+$50) to have your order processed by express service. Your order will be moved to the top of our weekly production schedule and then shipped express to ensure it’s made and in your hands as promptly as possible. The typical turnaround for this service is 3 weeks.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The MOQ for new orders is only 7 jerseys.
Do I need to purchase shorts with our jersey order?
Nope! You’re welcome to order jerseys only.
Can I re-order singles at a later time?
Yes! DUNK maintains a detailed database of all previous orders. No minimums apply to re-orders, you’re welcome to re-order what you want – when you need it. Please note a slight surcharge in cost per garment applies to smaller re-orders for 1-4 players.
What are your payment terms?
Works on your order will not commence until a minimum 50% deposit has paid. The balance is payable prior to dispatch. Your order will not be shipped until your account has been paid in full and cleared. As we promptly process all orders to production, deposits are non-refundable once a 24 hour period has elapsed.
How can I pay?
Orders are payable by EFT, credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex for credit payments, no card surcharges apply.
Who do you ship with?
DUNK ships via standard registered service with Australia Post, with all lodgements made within the Brisbane Metro Post Zone. Goods will be delivered on business days only. Once your order has been lodged for delivery you will be emailed tracking confirmation from Australia Post. For peace of mind, all deliveries are fully insured in the unlikely event of non-delivery or damage during transit.
My order has been sent and I haven’t received tracking yet?
We recommend checking spam/junk folders in case your notification has filtered through to these. You’re welcome to contact us at any time for further queries regarding delivery updates.
Does DUNK ship internationally?
No, we deliver throughout Australia only.
Can I collect my order once it’s ready?
No, this service is unfortunately not available.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
To keep running costs affordable, we do not utilise a traditional shopfront. Our business is conducted solely within a busy workshop that is unsuited for walk-in visitors.
Can you send me sizing samples?
Yes. Deposit and postage costs apply.
Can I mix and match sizes when ordering?
Yes. When ordering full kits, the jersey and shorts for a particular player do not need to be of matching size.
Do you make reversible shorts?
Our shorts are non-reversible only. If you’re ordering reversible jerseys along with shorts, the shorts will be made to your preferred colourway.
What GSM is your fabric?
The material we use to commonly produce our garments is 145-155 GSM .
What colours do you have available?
We can print over 500+ colour variants, the options are endless! Curious if we can replicate your design choice? You’re welcome to contact us and check.
Are you able to match exact colour shades?
DUNK can match colour shades on request, and utilise supplied colour codes.
Can you include our logos or other custom artwork in a design?
Yep! Please be mindful these must be supplied in usable true vector formats (ai/eps/pdf preferred) otherwise a design surcharge will be incurred for these files to be appropriately redrawn for our use. You’re welcome to send us your files for review if you’re unsure of their suitability.
We want to include a photo of someone’s face in our design, what file format would you need?
For best results, a sharp well-lit image (jpg, png, eps, tif, bmp) with the background removed. Preference for 1000 x 1000 pixels with a minimum 150 DPI.
What playing numbers can I choose from?
You’re able to select any numbers you want. Current FIBA regulations state that players shall use numbers 0 and 00 and from 1 to 99, however be mindful that some competitions may only allow a limited range of these numbers. If you’re uncertain of what’s allowed be sure to check with your competition prior to ordering.
What designs have you made previously?

Will you provide a mock-up of our design prior to ordering?
Due to setup costs and time, one digital mock-up only will be supplied once an order has been confirmed and 50% deposit paid. Minor refinements can then be requested until you’re satisfied with final look. We produce tailored custom designs for every order large or small, and take immense pride in our bespoke work.
Do you have any stock jerseys ready to sell ‘off-the-shelf’?
We sure do. Please click to our Stock Jerseys page for a range of stock jerseys readily available for immediate next-day express dispatch.
Can I add logos like NBA and Nike to our jerseys?
Definitely not! Due to copyright, we will not print these logos (and others of a similar nature) on our garments.
Is there a guarantee available?
DUNK offers a three-month quality guarantee on all orders, with exchange or credit offered for manufacturer defects only. No refunds or exchanges are available for orders in regards to sizing issues or otherwise. Our refund and returns policy is here.
Are there any specific care instructions for your uniforms?
All DUNK apparel can be put through both hot or cold washes. We recommend drip dry for best results.
