What are your payment terms?
DUNK requires a minimum 50% deposit prior to production of your order, the remainder to be paid prior to completion and shipment. Your order will not be dispatched until your account has been paid in full and cleared.
How can I pay?
DUNK accepts direct deposit, cheque or money order.
What is your turnaround time?
Once your deposit has been received, you will generally receive your order within 3-4 weeks.
Can I pay extra to receive my order more quickly?
No.
Are there any shipping costs?
Yes. A standard team order generally incurs a $25-40 fee, dependent on state/territory of delivery. Express delivery services are available at extra cost.
Who do you ship with?
DUNK ships via registered service with Australia Post, regular service with Greyhound Freight, and express service with Australia Post and Australian Air Express. Alternative services can be utilised upon request.
Does DUNK ship internationally?
No, DUNK dispatches to Australian-based delivery points only.
Can I pick up my order once it’s ready?
No.
Can you send me sizing samples?
Yes. Deposit and postage costs apply.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes. For all sizing queries, contact DUNK for further information. All DUNK apparel is of standard sizing, so what size you normally wear will also typically be similar when ordering with DUNK.
What is your sizing range?
DUNK produces uniforms to suit all junior and senior players, both male and female. Our typical sizing starts from Junior XS (suitable for ages 7+) and goes through to Adult 3XL. For stitched orders, we can produce to Adult 7XL and beyond.
What colours do you have available?
DUNK has a wide range of primary and variant colours readily available for stitched orders. For sublimated orders, over 500 colours are available, the choices are endless.
Are you able to match exact colour shades?
DUNK can match colour shades for sublimated orders. We also stock a large range of colours for stitched orders, but may not be able to 100% match your preferred colour shade using this production method.
What playing numbers can I choose from?
You are able to select any numbers you want. Be aware however that the majority of competitions throughout Australia will only allow the following numbers as per FIBA regulations: 4-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55. If you’re uncertain of what’s allowed, check with your competition prior to ordering.
What’s the maximum number of characters I can use as a player name?
Eleven characters (including spaces) is the maximum that can be used for personalised names on uniforms.
Do you have any stock uniforms ready to sell?
Yes, DUNK has a limited number of basic team sets available for instant shipping.
Do you sell reversible uniforms/training singlets?
No.

Is there a guarantee available?
DUNK offers a three-month quality guarantee on all orders, with exchange or credit offered for manufacturer defects only. No refunds or exchanges are available for orders in regards to sizing issues or otherwise.
Can I re-order extra uniforms at a later date?
Yes. DUNK maintains a detailed database of all previous orders, allowing you to order extra uniforms as you need them. There is no minimum requirement for all stitched re-orders, and a minimum requirement of 12 singlet and/or shorts for sublimated orders.
Are there any specific care instructions for your apparel?
All DUNK apparel can be put through both hot and cold washes. Use drip dry for best results.
