Last week we checked out the woeful offerings from this season's NBL competition. Now it's time to check out the best.
Kicking us off first ....
3. Sydney Kings
Sometimes a subtle change means a smart change, and that's exactly what we have with the Kings. Taking a backseat is the familiar gold, and coming to prominence is an agreeable shade of purple. With their home strip featuring a purple/black combination, the Kings have borrowed the lead of their Sacremento counterparts, and that's not such a bad thing.
2. South Dragons
Whilst we're not big fans of the colourway, what we do like is the clean crisp design, free of spoiling logos and such. The lettering and numbering is a great choice, and is visible from some distance without looking garish.
1. New Zealand Breakers
Easily our favourite. As per South, an effective use of a clean straight-forward design, however we love the colours. Black, baby blue and white simply looks awesome when used together. The font used for the lettering and numbering only adds to the fact that the Breakers are sporting the best threads in the L this season.
So there you go, New Zealand are the leaders, whilst Adelaide STINK! Keep it real, and look good when you're playing.
