What are your payment terms?
DUNK requires a minimum 50% deposit prior to your order being made. The remainder is to be paid prior to shipment of your order. Your order will not be dispatched until your account has been finalised.

How can I pay?
DUNK accepts cheque, money order or direct deposit. 

What is your turnaround time?
Once your deposit has been received, you will generally receive your order within 3-4 weeks.

Can I pay extra to receive my order more quickly?
No.

Are there any shipping costs?
Yes. Please contact DUNK for estimated prices. A standard order generally incurs a $25-40 fee. Express and registered delivery services are available at extra cost.

Who do you ship with?
DUNK ships via regular service with Australia Post and Greyhound Freight. Alterative services can be utilised upon request.

Does DUNK ship internationally?
No, DUNK services Australian-based clientele only.

Can you send me any samples?
Yes. Deposit and postage costs apply.

Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes. For all sizing queries, contact DUNK for further information. All DUNK apparel is of standard sizing, so what size you normally wear will also be similar when ordering with DUNK.

What is your sizing range?
DUNK produces uniforms to suit all junior and senior players, both male and female. Our typical sizing starts from Junior XS and goes through to Adult 3XL, however we can easily produce up to Adult 7XL and beyond.

What colours do you have available?
DUNK has a wide range of primary and variant colours readily available. If you wish to inquire about the availability of a particular colour, contact DUNK.

Are you able to match exact colour shades?
Whilst DUNK stocks a large variety of colours, we may not be able to 100% match your preferred colour shade.

What playing numbers can I choose from?
You are able to select any numbers you want. Be aware however that the majority of competitions throughout Australia will only allow the following numbers as per FIBA regulations: 4-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55. If you're uncertain of what's allowed, check with your local association prior to ordering. 

Do you have any stock uniforms ready to sell?
No. All DUNK uniforms are custom-made upon order.

Is there a guarantee available?
DUNK offers a three-month quality guarantee on all orders, with exchange or credit offered for manufacturer defects only. No refunds or exchanges are available for orders in regards to sizing issues or otherwise.

Can I re-order extra uniforms at a later date?
Yes. DUNK maintains a detailed database of all previous orders, allowing you to order extra uniforms as you need them. There is no minimum requirement for all re-orders.

Are there any specific care instructions for your apparel?
All DUNK apparel can be put throught both hot and cold washes. Use drip dry for best results.
